This high intensity interval class utilizes bodyweight movements, dumbbells, kettlebells, and medicine balls combined with Ski-ergs, rowers and AirDyne bikes in a circuit that will leave you gasping for air and hungry for more!
30 minutes is all you need for a good sweat!
