Academy
For new athletes looking to start high-intensity training, this class focuses on all the basics to build a solid foundation before jumping into class.
Cross Training
Functional movements at high intensity combining gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more. Requires previous experience in Cross Training or completion of Lividum|Academy.
Gymnastics

This high intensity interval class utilizes bodyweight movements, dumbbells, kettlebells, and medicine balls combined with Ski-ergs, rowers and AirDyne

For all levels focused on improving all aspects of their running technique through sprint, endurance & agility work both indoors and outdoors (weather permitting).
Suspension training
